Manage Data workspace
The Manage Data workspace is used to manage documents and enter data.
The hierarchy represents the structure of your company's business and it contains documents where data are stored. For more information, see Hierarchy.
The hierarchy can have different versions for various purposes. To view a particular version, select it in the Versions list (for more information, see Versions).
If you double-click a document in the hierarchy, it will be opened in a tab in the document pane. Documents are also configured depending on your business requirements so each document will have its own set of tabs and data fields within them. See Documents.
To close a document, click the X button at the top of its tab. The arrow button in the top right corner of the document pane opens the list of all opened documents; if you select a document, it will be displayed.
